The project is aimed at a condominium with a 274-passenger room, a 400-member banquet hall and the world's longest Infinity Pool. Under the concept of the entire complex becoming a huge terrace and looking at the sea, the resort is designed to make the view of the sea not only from all rooms but also from anywhere in the resort, such as the lobby, banquet hall and Infinity Pool.
The exterior of the resort, reminiscent of a cruise ship, was designed naturally according to the flow of land, wind and water, and created a master plan optimized for leisure and recreation, the purpose of all the resorts. A terrace-type room was placed on the coastal terrain with large dropouts and a tower-type room on the rear, which consisted of 274 rooms of various types.
