Located in the mountain side of Munkyung Saejae, where considered to be one of the most beautiful area in the South Eastern part of Korea, this new resort consists of 369 condomimiums, water parks and amenities.  The facade calls for the traditional Korean patterns and materials to reflect the Munkyung's old history.
