​A competition winning entry from invited design competition of five distinguished architects in Korea. The program calls for a luxury condominium complex with units of various sizes, a soccer museum of Manchester United, indoor-outdoor water parks, a bird & flower park, a street retail mall of world-class cuisine and outdoor “orum (Jeju mounds)” park. Our design approach deals with creating the“22nd Olle Trail – there are 21 Olle trails in Jeju Island; the building serves as a vehicle to experience a ‘new’ outdoor space including a building’s roof as a part of the “trail”.
