Klahaus Villa Complex

Located in a suburban area of Metropolitan Seoul called Kapyung, “Klahaus” is a villa development complex comprised of 83 units of various unit types. The idea of the design reflects a current need of Seoul residents’ desire to live in an eco-friendly environment surrounded by mountains and arboretums. Single-detached larger units resemble much of YK’s previous resort-style villa development in Yongpyung area where “copper roofing” flows downward onto the wall of the villa. Loft-style smaller units will be enclosed with concrete and zinc roofing. A community club house and a meditation center will enhance residents’ cultural, leisure aspects of suburban living.
