Posco ENC’s Shanghai headquarters was one of the largest branch office buildings outside of Korea that is owned by Posco ENC. I.M. Pei designed office complex needed an “update“ in order to attract a new set of retailers and tenants. Yamasaki Korea’s scheme calls for refubishing the retail block with a new glass “skin“ and reorganizing the coutryard plaza. A new façade was introduced at the lobby of the office building and a matching colored glass curtain wall on the retail block rejuvenated the entire complex.
