“Bloomore” resort is a part of the “Honors” Golf Course owned and operated by Taeyoung E&C, one of the largest construction companies in Korea. YAMASAKI KOREA’s aim was to maximize the “Floor Area Ratio” and to allow users of this condo to enjoy the views of Golf Courses and nearby mountains. Historical precedents of “great walls of Korea” inspired us to create a new type of condominiums that house two “master suits”; and this new type of condominiums allowed us to meet client’s FAR requirement. A community center, water park and spa were part of this luxury resort in the southern part of Korea.
