Sungwoo Ostar Resort, a prominent ski-resort located in the Kangwon Province, recently built a new 36 hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and they were looking to build a unique 117 unit-fairway-villa complex on the course. Our site idea calls to provide a spectacular view of the golf course as well as “privacy” between villas. Two story living room with ample deck spaces are key features of the design.
