A part of Lusail block 28 mixed-use development in Doha, Qatar, Yamasaki Korea (Former YKH) proposed two different design alternatives; our first scheme called “wave”, mimics the wave motion of water, by adjoining smaller rectangular blocks. Our second scheme called “Turban”, reflecting the heritage of Islam culture, is clad with stone and curtain wall. Each scheme is comprised of 3 story parking & retail podium and one 15-story of office tower.
