One of the leading construction company/developer in Korea, POSCO E/C requested a proposal to be submitted to a local authority for a RFP competition. YAMASAKI KOREA (former YKH) proposed a scheme utilizing an existing F1 track to be a focal point of the development. To procure a funding for this new F1-level car racing facility including a five-star hotel/retail/office complex that juts out to the track, mixed-use residential/commercial towers were created along the riverfront as well as residential amenities such as parks, community centers and jogging trails.
