The idea of creating all-inclusive, all-sports resort in Gangwon Province of Eastern part of Korea was derived from a TV series called “Fantasy Island”. Our idea of creating web-based vacation club that manages each family’s vacation finances and schedule was supported by physical facility that satisfy the need of family’s entertainment requirement; this means to have a central facility that houses the vacationers and to have a sport facility with Golf, Ski, Mountain Bike, Auto racing venues.  The supporting facilities included spa, cultural villages, experimental farms and retail.
