A Shopping Plaza called “OSFE” had a problem leasing. The Owner requested us to provide a “radical” skin design to be able to attract merchants and end-users. We came up with a design that wraps the existing building with a metal “mesh” and incorporates an indirect lighting design scheme that changes the façade that induces an “exciting” shopping experience.
