A part of Sangam Digital Valley Complex, this building design competition was looking for an innovative IT specialty office building with an “intelligent” building system. The design idea was initiated from YAMASAKI KOREA’s traditional office building philosophy, “most efficient”, “convenient” yet “simple” The over-all shape of the building is a “simple” box with a “tongue” like ramp structure as basis of design; we tried to incorporate “mesh” material to have dual façade that features -“simple” day vs “complicated” night façade.
