The Jeonnam Provincial Office Complex is the 2nd Place Winning Design competition entry. The design concept is derived from a notion that “different usages are reflected as different masses” and there are several linkage mechanisms that unify the whole complex. Major building materials utilized are stone and glass with metal accents.
