This project represents a design that blends the best of the contemporary high-rise office building with traditional use of materials, surface treatments and details. Twin tower format allows functional separation of spaces and phase-able construction.
The design has a strong vertical expression and is capped with a large cornice. The lower is set back within the composition of the sire to allow a formal drop-off/entry court with surface parking at the collector road while presenting the symbolic entry to the building on Dalian’s major east-west boulevard. The project totals 72,000 SM of office space and 16,000 SM of common facilities, including restaurants, exhibition areas, branch bank and tenant related services above grade, and a health club and parking below grade. The 38-story tower’s plan is square with a central core for flexibility in planning. The core to exterior wall depth is 11.0 meters and each floor has an area of 1,902 SM, making it ideal for professional office tenants. |
